Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
We do not ship to restricted or illegal locations.

9. Returns & Refunds

We value your satisfaction and handle returns with care.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition (shipping costs are non-refundable).

• For opened products, contact support — eligibility for refund or replacement is determined case by case.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours (wrong or damaged item).

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection or confirmation of return.
