This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or product restocks.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all federal, state, and city laws regarding kratom.
We do not ship to any state, county, or city where kratom is restricted or illegal.
This includes, but may not be limited to:
Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and specific localities in Mississippi, California (San Diego), and others where restrictions apply.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
We respect federal, state, and city laws. Our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.
We also do not ship internationally.
All orders must be billed and shipped within the United States.
4. Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
Beaufort Organics is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
You can monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days, please contact us at info@beaufortorganics.com.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Returned Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 3 business days of delivery scan or expected delivery date.
Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or local restrictions will be refunded minus shipping costs once received back at our facility.
7. Compliance & WAAVE Monitoring
Our shipping policies comply with WAAVE’s age verification and restricted-area monitoring standards.
Shipping restrictions are automatically updated to reflect the most current state and federal regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that does not meet compliance requirements.
