Welcome to Beaufort Organics (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, purchasing products, or using our services (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use our Services.
1) Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase kratom in South Carolina (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). You acknowledge you understand and comply with your local laws regarding kratom.
2) Health & Safety Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Always consult a healthcare professional before using any botanical if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have medical conditions.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
3) Legality Notice
Kratom’s legal status varies across U.S. states, counties, and cities. When you place an order, you confirm that owning and using the product where you live is lawful.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or seized due to local laws.
4) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all actions taken under your account.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
5) Product Information & Availability
We strive to keep all product descriptions, pricing, strain/size photos, and lab information accurate.
However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct mistakes, update details, or limit quantities without prior notice.
6) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
When you order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge for product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.
We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or legal restrictions.
7) Subscriptions / Auto-Delivery (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription or auto-delivery, you agree to recurring charges on your selected payment method.
To cancel or modify, go to My Account → Subscriptions or contact support before your next renewal to avoid charges.
8) Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you.
We do not ship to locations where kratom is restricted or illegal.
9) Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us.
Return requests accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition (minus shipping costs).
For opened products, contact support—refunds are reviewed case by case.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was ours (wrong or damaged item).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirmation.

10) Lab Testing & Quality Standards
Every batch of kratom is tested by independent laboratories for purity and quality (including alkaloids, heavy metals, and microbes).
Certificates of analysis are available by request.
We follow good manufacturing practices to ensure clean, safe products.
11) Reviews & User-Generated Content
By posting a review, you grant Beaufort Organics a royalty-free, perpetual license to use it for marketing and display purposes.
Reviews must reflect your own honest experience and not infringe on others’ rights.
We may remove content at our discretion.
12) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our site or services by:
Violating laws or regulations
Uploading or distributing harmful content
Accessing admin areas without authorization
Disrupting or interfering with others’ use of the site
13) Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, product photos, and text are owned by or licensed to Beaufort Organics.
You may not reuse or reproduce them without written permission.
